Cancellation and Refund Process: If you decide to cancel our services within 5 days of your payment, a full refund will be processed. For cancellations made after the initial 5 days, charges will apply based on the equivalent working hours invested in the project. The remaining balance will be credited back to your payment account within 45 days of cancellation. To cancel a service renewal, please notify us at least 10 days before the next billing cycle starts. Cancellations initiated after the commencement of the billing cycle will incur charges equivalent to the working hours dedicated to the project during that month, which will be payable by the client. Even if you signed up for our services but did not utilize them, you are still responsible for payment. Refund amounts will be credited to the originating payment account within 45 days of the service cancellation.

If incorrect URLs provided by the client result in errors during link building, we will not be held responsible, and no refunds or money back guarantees will be offered. Results of SEO efforts may be affected if the client engages with third-party SEO services. Immediate changes in search rankings cannot be guaranteed, as the frequency and ranking of a website appearing in search results vary. Any negative impact on ranking due to alterations in website content by the client or third-party service providers hired by the client.
